I like my eggs greased up in a copiously buttered cocotte, heavily seasoned, dunked in boiling water for 8 minutes, and served with a French baguette and an avocado-y, shallot-y, honey mustard salad. Surely the best way to eat eggs. Surely the best way to eat full-stop? ... #brunch #londonbrunch #foodblogger #foodblog #blogger #foodie #foodgasm #foodporn #breakfast #petitdejeuner #instafood #london #eggs #saturdaybreakfast #saturdayvibes #yum #mediterraneanfood #frenchified

A warming cashew milk porridge topped with spiced apple compote, honey and nigella seeds. The perfect brunch picnic recipe to warm your morning autumn walks. Click on the link in my bio for the recipe.
For me at least, Autumn is a time of reflection and nostalgia. Long walks through a quickly transforming landscape must be one of the most heavenly ways to seize the diminishing daylight hours. I could spend hours kicking up the leaves whilst poring over childhood memories and pondering on what the future has to hold. Autumn picnics are underrated. So are winter picnics, and spring picnics – but there’s a unique magic to every season, and never more so than in autumn. Myself and my friend @phoebpryor celebrated her birthday from the day before with this luxurious picnic on Hampstead Heath, consisting of an unctuous smoked salmon salad drizzled with a divine honey mustard dressing. What better way to revive oneself after boogying the previous night away? Check the link in my bio for the recipe.
This salmon, dill and red onion quiche is the kind of quiche that sparks family feuds , war or peace, the rise and fall of a kingdom... in other words, perfect picnic food. And who would've thought that such a divisive, destructive quiche could be so simple to make? Head to the link in my bio for the recipe.
What glooorious weather we've been having! Perfect weather for a... yep, you've guessed it - picnic! This is a great little number to indulge in during this heatwave, either as a picnic salad, or just a little alfresco appetizer for your garden lunches and dinners. Let me present to you: sun blushed tomato, feta and nervy giant couscous salad in salad jars. This is one of those salads that sits really well in its garlicky, lemony olive oil dressing, which means it's perfect for a picnic (no separate jars of salad dressing needed!). Super easy to make, this salad is a real people pleaser. Great as a side or a main. For the recipe, click on the link in my bio. Happy picnicking!
